well, i would take it to a machine shop and they should be able to put you a hole in it, i believe some vaccum ports are different as well as egr if its 95 and under.....what year intake are you using?

Drill and tap it for the second sensor. The location for it is probably there, it just isn't drilled. When I modded my kegger, my new intake came from an older truck that had two. I had to plug one so I could still run my single sender/sensor.
