Question cat to straight pipe

other than all the regs how will my 02 sensor's before and aft the cat make my engine run? And I am aware about all the regs and fines involved in doing this. Also I am putting in dual exhaust, how will it effect that pro's and con's?

Thanks in advance

get a spark plug non fouler for the downstream o2 and it will take the tip of the sensor out of the exhaust stream and keep you from getting a cel. the upstream controls your air/fuel ratio and the downstream just tells you if your cat is working. you could also get an o2 simulator that will eliminate the cel but thats a lot more expensive.
