What steps exactly have you taken so far ?
Spark sounds good, so most likely fuel/sensor related, could even be a clogged filter.

Filter is inside the pressure regulator housing and is not serviceable. You don't need the engine running to check fuel pressure. It is an electric pump and does not run off the engine.

well, when my truck quit running i bought plugs and a new air filter and some odds and ends...well after i changed out the plugs, and put some gas in a new spray bottle and fired some in the intake and cranked it, it fired up and ran, but popped or misfired about every 5 seconds an ran in a generally nasty fashion... so i i thought, oh, i crossed a plug wire, right? so i started checking everything again and found plug that will neither tighten or loosen, doesn't seem to be broken off and it is still in there firmly but wont all the way tighten OR back out, so im sure i did something f@#%in horrible and stupid, and will probably take it some where to get unstuck before i get it any more fu&!ed up any worse than stupid self did. if it the fuel pump or somethin IS bad than i will tackle that myself... oh well live and learn right? thanks guys....if anyone might an an idea before too long and posts it ill try... if no thanks alot for your time!
