Default Under hood 50 amp bat fuse draw

1998 Ram 1500 5.2
50 amp Fuse hot at all times. Circuit includes Courtesy lts, Parking lts, Door locks, Seat belts, Radio back up, Powr outlet, +. I have disconnected main dash connector, radio, pwr outlet, dr seat belt connector, both main connectors to bed fuel pump and tail lights even ECM. Still have draw! Any help appreciated!

It should always be hot. Are you having battery draw issues?

Default Bat Draw

Correct, hot at all times. But has battery draw with all the above connectors disconnected?

Check the IOD (Ignition-Off-Draw) fuse. Its in the dash fuse compartment and has a weird retainer around it.
