Me and some friends took the Ram to Silver Lake sand dunes in Hart Michigan on Saturday. If you've never been up there I HIGHLY recommend it, its a great place to be if you wanna see what your truck can do without sinking it in a mud hole. It's not expensive either, $16 for the ORV sticker, $26 for the flag and mount, and I already had a state park sticker ($20). Plus $80 in gas but that's the price you pay for owning a Ram. The next time will be free since I'll already have all the stickers and flags. I aired the tires (265 Dunlop mud rovers) down to 12psi and drove around in 4low with OD off all day and the truck did great. Never had a problem going up "test hill" as long as it was in 4low. FYI, don't EVER let a woman behind the wheel of a truck on the dunes. I've never been more terrified in my life, and that was the first time my truck has been air born. The scary part was that she was laughing the whole time...The good news is that my front bumper got pushed back into place so it doesn't sag anymore. Not exactly the way I wanted to do it but hey, it worked

i remember getting a jeep airborne on a small hill in an off road tral at a Jamboree, 3 inches of lift don't give much when you land

we're lucky we didn't break it (only vehicle we had)
