I hear ya brother, I was going to get black as well, but chrome is all they had and it was the last one left. It does sound nice, let me know if you find a 318CID sticker, that would look pretty trick and give it a nice factory look.

I really love how it gets quiet too and when you open the taps all the way and all you hear is your exhaust.

What do you plan on doing with the PCV? I replaced the whole assembly with a breather cap. You could also just run the existing vacum line to the underside of the new aircleaner. The Edelbrock Pro Flo has the hardware to do this included.

Also, I think Maroon has something similar to me, only I think he connected the existing line to a breather cap.
