Default Got around to putting my 14x3 on today!!!

It looks cool and the throttle response is amazing!! I only got 1 valve breather and I plan on getting another one for the passenger side tomorrow. Pics ad Vid! Now I just need to find a way to get my plenum gasket replaced with the hughes some headers and a superchip maybe harland sharps on down the road. But I have to say since getting the 4.11's in and the air cleaner it feels like a new truck thanks for all the help from everyone!

Looks nice, however you only want one breather. The other side is the PCV valve which you do not want to remove.

Looks good! The PCV valve on the driver side is supposed to be a vacum from the intake manifold. Best just to leave that alone.

Is there a lot involved with installing one of those filters? Would the computer automatically compensate for the change in air flow into the engine?

Fairly easy and the PCM will even out your A/F ratio.

The only problem I've ever seen with aftermarket intakes is on certain vehicles where the stock MAF couldn't handle all the air or in some cases, it would need more than the stock manifolds for exhaust cause it'd be like a fire hose going into a garden hose.

Not that you'll see that happen though.

nah it easy there is a diy here on the site. The BIGGEST problem I have is cleaning it...taking it off and putting it back on cause I have NO room on top. 3 inch body lift would like that problem.
