put some rubberized hooks on it with a good strap hooked up to a tree and put the truck in 4lo and move forward an inch or two and it'll pull it out. or take a come a long and hook it to your hitch with the tailgate off and crank on it till the bend pulls back.

First off, that bedliner has to come out. Can't fix what you can't see. Look over the front of the box under the rail and make sure the sheetmetal is not badliy creased. Ideally the bed should be removed to do it properly. If that isn't an option, both listed options will probably work. CAUTION, don't do this as a "grip and rip". Slowly apply pressure to flex the metal back into shape. This isn't a 5 minute job. If you have any welding skills, you can make small cuts in the rail to help you flex it back into shape. Then, weld them back and grind smooth. You already have and over the rail bedliner, so no one will see.

y'all's making it too hard, i did it by hand, and it was actually quite easy, if you don't mind the very front where the metal is folded back down to be a lil disformed (i don't even notice it, and you have a bedliner and would not at all

I also bent it in by hand I did not bend the lid under after I got it back as far as I could I took a piece of angle iron and put it in there drilled holes through the bed and put bolts in. I don't thank I will ever bend it again If you want to see pic I can get them

if you do it you will want to have someone else to help you put it in or you will scratch the hell out of your cab

Take a piece of 3/4" steel plate, wrap it in towels, and slowly tap it in between the cab and the bed. It will take some time, but you'll get a much better result over some of the other ideas.
Oh, I have done this. Happens when a 300# tool box slams into the front rail like that.
