Default Weird a/c problem in o/d

My ac works great in my 1997 5.2 ram, but when i'm on the expressway in o/d and accelerate more than 1/3 throttle, the a/c fan keeps running but the selector (diverter) flap closes and the air stops blowing until the throttle is released a little. I changed the throttle position sensor, but nothing. Any help is appreciated.

either wild vents- http://dodgeram.info/tsb/1996/24-01-96a.htm
or a vac leak somewhere, the cruise control servo is a common place for a vac leak.
you also have a check valve on the side of the intake manifold that gets clogged up with oil vapors and stops functioning. i would replace that first, its 4$ at the dealer.

That TSB is supposed to be for 94-96 trucks, correct? He has a 97.
