all i have is a foot pound torque wrench will yhis work for in pounds

i did mine with a ft-lbs torque. just know that 1 ft-lb = 12 in-lb and have a good feel for the smaller bolts.

did you get your fuel line off. its a 3/8 quick connect. you circle the line with the split tool and slide the nub up inside the flange. give it a little wiggle/twist. the tool spreads the fingers and it'll pop right off.

Just info wise, but, an easy way to remember that is that 12 inches equals a foot.LOL Too easy, I know.

my torque wrench only goes to 30 foot pounds at the least

Sorry to say, but it's time to buy a couple torque wrenches if you plan on doing any further work on your truck in the future! Otherwise just go rent them.

Don't want to burst your bubble or anything, but torque specs are very important no matter how big or small the bolt/nut is. Unless of course you are tightening an exhaust clamp.
