Yes I did replace the little rubber spacer so that can't be the problem. I need to wait until I can get my hands on a 21mm wrench (the only size I don't have) so I can tighten up the shock to see if that helps.

I was looking under there and noticed that my sway bar looked a little out of place. Kinda like it was pushed 1/4" toward the drivers side. Could this be the issue? How do I fix it?

How did you install the spacers without undoing the sway bar links? The nuts on top look like they haven't been off in years. Seeing that shiny spot on the sway bar tells me something is causing it to shift, which may be the source of your pop. Have you checked the condition of the links?

I did unbolt the sway bar end links when I installed the spacers. I'm not exactly sure what "good" condition looks like for an end link. They worked fine before the spacer install, so I would assume they're in good condition now.

I think I figured it out, loose track bar on the drivers side. I tightened up that bolt as much as I could and the popping is 99.9% gone. Thanks for the help.

that thing probably worked itself loose and shifted when you were dune hopping the other day. blame your girlfriend and tell her she needs to make it up to you. then when she asks how tell her to change the oil and wash the truck.

I already blamed her for that and I blamed her in advance for anything that happens to my truck in the future. I noticed today that the passenger side "Oh $hit" handle is loose, probably from me hanging on it while she launched the truck off the dunes. Now that I think about it my truck does need a good wash and wax...
