Eh, I just found out why I'm on this firggin place so much. It's due largely to me not sleeping, and I found out that that's because of a nice little sleepy disorder.

 

They have pills for that.



















Seriously, I was taking Ambien pretty regularly because my pain makes it hard for me to sleep. I finally weaned myself off of them over a year ago. Now, when I feel like I might have trouble falling asleep I take a melatonin tablet. It's a natural enzyme in your body and has zero side affects.

 

I wish I could take that, but I can't. I have apnea, and a sleep aid makes it worse. Oh well, it just allows me to waste that much more time here.

 

Wear a hat and no one will notice.
