Default rear overload springs???

I was looking at lifts cause I'm bored. They all mention if you have rear overload springs you need bigger U bolts. How does one know if they have overload springs?

No I have not added anything thing to the suspension. Thats not saying that someone else hasn't before I got it. I don't know what blots are but I know I will need new U bolts. That wasn't the question. There is a difference in size in the U bolts which is why I was asking. You have a totally different truck and lift kit. My stuff could be different then yours
