sorry max. i turned off my cell since i got layed off. i aint paing 110 bucks for a cell phone. Wait a couple of weeks till i catch back up with my new job. It will be the same number. So you have an idea what it might be?

Ok, Umm bad ground, relays or fuses, or..... No Idea!!! That is on top of my list.

A relay will fail independently of the fuses. Start by pulling the Horn relay(check to make sire your horn still works) and plug it in the the others. If they start working, then that's your problem. Even little power surges like what your battery probably did as it failed, can screw with the relays with out blowing a fuse.

well my horn hasnt worked for about 3 months now. Everytime i put a fuse in, and honk the horn it blows the fuse

Looks like you have a few bad relays, or a short somewhere. That is your new project, to find out WTF is going on under there.
