if you get on ebay and put "door panel clips" into the search and browse then you can find some that match yours. just have one in front of you with the stem and cap diameter written down and you'll find some for about 5 bucks for a bag of 25 or so. i can't remember the size of our clips but i measured one that i took off and just compared it to the results list on ebay.

i had to cut the center out because the ribs are the same size as ours but the center of the clip that the ribs are attached to is just barely too big to fit in the holes in the door. the first ones might work but its a sure thing if you get the second one and put a straight cut down the center of them with a band saw.
