Default 96 ram with 04 exhaust..that possible?

Hi i have a 96 ram 1500, 5.9, single cab short bed. My question is, can i install a side-swepped flowmaster exhaust off a 04 ram single cab, short bed without any major problems? please help!

Anything is possible with exhaust. As long as you have a good sawsall, welder, and pipe flaring/bender.

Did you try the search feature?

OTTOMH, I would check the pipe diameters (ID and OD). Also the length of the pipes, muffler etc. Flowmasters website should give dimentions and details on the system for your truck(year correct) and an 04. Compare and decide.

you could probably save yourself a headache by taking it to an exhaust shop to have it routed and welded in. i would shop for the muffler and tip and take it to a shop and tell them how you want it. unless you have the tools and experience to do those things
