All depends on your needs. Do you need a bigger truck than the one you have?

 

well, i'll have to change engine in mine, it took water...

 

its a gamble. if the transmission has been rebuilt, and it holds up for another 100k miles, then its fine. if the transmission goes out tomorrow, then its worth very little.

test drive it very carefully. maybe pay a shop, maybe even a transmission shop, to check it out.
