Default Hum with wheel and pedal vibation

Hi All, hope I can get some help on this. I have a '01 2500 at 115,000 miles and just went through a bout of repairs and have one last issue to resolve. I get a strange loud hum and vibration in the steering wheel and pedals between 1000 rpm and 1300 rpm. Outside of these ranges it goes away, when I stop and it drops to idle it passes through the above mentioned rpm range and again hums and vibrates, same thing when moving from idle. It also seems to be louder when I turn and rev through 1000 and 1300. Otherwise its fine, just the loud diesel at work. Anyone know what this could be? Thanks.

The only thing I can think of would be a motor mount.

It's a diesel or sounds like a diesel?
I'd get someone to hold the pedal (in Park) in that range and then start going around the truck trying to locate what is vibrating.

1+ The first time I read that I thought that this was at a standstill, but now that I reread, that's what it sounds like.
