Default how throaty

I currently have a flowmaster exhaust the 40 series, single in and dual out, i am going to add gibson ceramic shorties along with a magnaflow high flow cat, Will you think it will be much throatier? Along with a little boost of hp as well?

I have the Pacesetter shorties, high flow cat, and Flowmaster 40 series. Should sound pretty close though.

um yeah it will be loder, it wont be as deep thought if your staying with a y-pipe
