Default Dana 40 Fill Plug

How do I remove the drain plug on a Dana 40 axle?
It looks like a square hole..?
Is there a special socket or something?

I think, IIRC, I just used the end of a socket wrench.

(BTW, its a Dana 44 axle, not a Dana 40. )

Ah, yes, thank you.
I'll have to check. I only have a 3/8" drive, so I hope that's it.
