hello all, i am looking at getting a new nv3500, as the syncros in mine are starting to get bad. However, the transmission came from a 2wd truck, mine is 4wd. Do i just need to take the 2wd tail housing off of the new trannie, and replace it with the 4wd tail housing? I know on many transmissions this is all you have to do to switch it to a 4wd transmission. Just making sure before i do something stupid and buy a useless transmission.
