Had you done some forum searching beforehand you would have seen dozens of posts saying that axle gear work should be left to someone that knows what they're doing and has the proper tools. Too many things that need to be done right or there's a high risk that you will do serious damage to your axle. Too bad nobody bothered to tell you this early on in your thread. I know people want to be helpful, but there are just some things you should pay a professional to do. Axle work is not for beginner mechanics.
