Default Caliper mod question

I have a 97 ram 1500 and I was wondering if I could replace the stock 1 piston caliper with a pair of 98 2 piston calipers. Has anyone ever tried this before?

i would think it would work if the caliper mounting bracket had the same bolt holes in it for where it bolts to the knuckle. don't quote me on that though, i'm not sure.

Nope, won't work. Caliper bracket is completely different and won't mount up.
