Look, I know what your main gripe about Miami is at the moment is the fact that he hasn't been here that long. In all actuality, he's been here for six months. Sure there are others here that have been long time supporters, and while they all have the desirable traits but the main thing that set Miami apart from the rest is his previous expierences.

Now, it has come to my attention that my posts in this thread came across as not supporting tone. It's not in that way. I support the "powers that be"'s decision. I know where they are coming from. If they don't have to walk a seemingly "normal" person through the tools Vs: a person that already knows how and when to use them, it makes a logical choice.

Let's face it, being a moderator isn't that great of a job. It can be fun, but sometimes it is a pain in the ***. I've been there. It's not fun and games all the time.
