to be honest, im frankly surprised no one messed with my truck when i was in high skool, it was one of the nicest rides there, not to brag, but most of the people there bought piece o' crap cars, i had been saving my pennies since i was about 9 or 10 for a truck, and it paid off, i had only a few break downs, all from it being 14 years old, living in the rust belt lol

i was expecting to walk out of the building one day, and find graffitti sprayed down the sides, and the tires slashed, with the amount of ******** at the school

I use tamper proof torx bolts. Most people stealing tags are only carrying a screwdriver. They would have to rip my tags off to get them. I have ham radio operator license plates. I'll be damned if I'll have some hoodlum running around displaying my call sign on their possibly stolen car.

 

i use hex bolts and loctite, good luck getting those off

 

I picked up some locktight and some of the special bolts at O' Reilly's today. And another damn antenna for $5.99

 

Then why would they take my fog lights and radio antenna?

 

Cause they were pissed and took everything they could. And you did say the Ripped the crap off the truck and couldnt use the fog lights... So id say they were not looking to steal anything, I think they were just pissed. And wanted to mess up your ****. And **** you off in the process

If they wanted to steal somthing they would have probly took the stuff off the right way so they could use the stuff there self or sale it.

 

its funny my buddy has a 3000gt. he had clear corner markers on it till he came out of school one day. someone had stolen them. well funny thing is 2 days later the only other 3000gt showed up at school with clear corner markers. so we knew who had them. well about a week after that the kid started working at the place next door to where i work. so i jacked them back on his first day working there. havent seen his car there sense!

that does suck about your truck!! people should not mess with people cars you have a problem take it up with the person.

People stealing license plates and fog lights. Thats ****ed up. Nothing has ever been stolen off Purpl. I'm suprised that nobody has ever beat the grille in with a hammer.

Now that I said that, I'm going to go get in the truck and the Magnum Power emblem on my tailgate will be gone, the grille will be smashed in, and "****ing Spazz" will be in graffiti down the sides. Whatever, thats what security cameras and insurance is for...
