For some reason it looks like mine. The controls on that one look very nice plus its a clean look. No buttons all over the place.

for the dash kit and the wiring harness go to walmart.com i got both for 12 dollars shipped to my door then 20 dollars for a roll of fosgate 14 gauge wire 30 foot long and i had my whole stereo rewired for the grand total of 100 bucks using new speakers all the way around and 14 gauge wire.

mp3's are computer compressed music files ...you can fit like 120 songs on one cd.....and well over a thousand on a dvd-r....you can buy the songs online or download them for free....if you dont know what it is you likely wont use it.

You really don't know what an MP3 is?

A standard CD holds about 70 minutes of music. A CD of MP3s can hold several hours worth of music, depending on sample rate. It is much more convenient to have a single disc with many hours of MP3s than one disc with maybe 12-15 songs on it.
