Default Rear passenger wheel grinding

I just had a new drum put on my rear passenger side because the studs broke and the truck hit the ground. I just told the guys at the shop to put on the spare tire until I could get a new wheel. Today I put on new wheels all around the truck. The rear passenger is the only one that grinds when you drive it. What can I do to fix this problem?

you may have some damage to your backing plate or brake mounting or maybe rear wheel bearing. jack up the truck and remove wheel and drum and spin the axle and see where your noise is coming from. is it inside the axle tube (bearing), or is it outside - and only when the brake drum is on?

It doesn't seem to make the noise when I remove the drum. There aren't any markings on the wheel or drum to show where it is grinding.

Well no noise with the drum off is a good sign. More than like means the axle itself isn't bent or the flange cracked or broken. Put the drum back on and spin it with no tire. I am willing to bet you at least a bent backing plate.
