Mods in my sig are about every "bolt on" besides headers and very worth it. Very noticeable difference.

Spacers are just expensive paper weights for multi-port injected trucks like ours. +2.

the best bang for your buck would be the harland sharp 1.7 roller rockers.
followed by a fastman throttle body, a superchips 3715 or a 3815 and a magnaflow catalytic converter.

this is assuming that you have no plenum leak. if you have never touched the plenum gasket then getting a hughes plenum plate and a fel pro gasket then replacing the cat will bring back quite a bit of power.

ok...heres what i have done.

removed tb spacer

DIY 50mm tb bore (works like a charm)

ordered plenum kit

...want to do...

highflo or gutted cat

headers

underdrive pulley

electric fan

roller rockers

hopefully will have all of this finished in the next week or so...depends on how long this crap takes to get here.

Lots of stuff you can do but, noticable gains are expensive,$1000-2000 will pep it up.
