Default Went to the drag strip today!

Went to the drag strip today to see what my truck was running. I was really proud, ran a high 13 and a low14 and beat 2 turboed F-350's and a 2 Integras !!!!! I mostly just wanted to see how I was running now and after I get my mods done. w00t! There were 2 Jefferson State Cummins diesels there running high 10's and low 11's it was crazy how much torque those were putting out. I think I got a video of the diesels I'll try to post it up!

Talking drag strip

I took my 05 ram with the 4.7 out to the local dragstrip and it ran mid to low 11's on 93 octane and with the superchips high octane tune set-up , not too bad for a 6700 pound truck and a 287!!!!!

Are we talking 1/4 mile or 1/8 mile tracks? I'm assuming 1/8 considering the the white 05 ram that's running mid 13's and is heavily modified....

OP, are you talking about the 1/8? I find it hard to believe you beat two turbo'd F350's unless you need to seriously update your sig, but if you did... I feel slower than I should. Here is my slip from the last time I was at the track.

R/T......(.464)
60'.......(2.607)
330......(7.207)
1/8......(11.015)
MPH.....(64.76)
1000....(14.285)
1/4......(17.080)
MPH.....(80.28)

I put a K&N cold air on from my buddies 98 dodge and took his working ECU and tuned it to the point of some pingage at 4.5-5k. It was a lot of fun though!
