Default Stupid question about 02 sensors

I figure I should replace them while I'm doing everything else. I am looking on Summit and they have ones that don't say anything, then some say front, some say rear, and some say left whatever.

What ones do it need?

It would be easier to just go to a local store and check which ones fit. I read once that Dodge used some different ones on the 2001 trucks as they were switching over to the 3rd gen trucks. The subject said he got the ones for his model but they were wrong and had to get the ones for a 3rd gen to fit.

Some 2500s were also different. How many catalytic converters do you have?

Whichever brand/part number you go with, take in your old sensor and make sure the electrical connector is the same on the new one.

NGK part numbers:
Non-California Emissions: Pre cat, 23139 (auto tranny) or 23138 (manual tranny)
California Emissions: Pre cat, both 23135
23132 or 23140 for post cat, manual or auto (not sure which, both are listed)

Bosch part numbers:
13100 for pre cat
13280 for post cat
DO NOT get 13122, the plug fits, but the wires are very slightly too short. They will not reach the electrical plug (personal experience). 13122 and 13280 are the same sensor electrically, just different length wires (in case of California emissions).

Ok I'll have to yank them out and do that. I still need a bunch of crap. Switching to e fans, need a bunch of sensors, TC, tranny cooler, I wanna change the tranny fluid and filter before I fire it up again, spark plugs, leds for the dash, and wanna get my air horns hooked up as well. Probably would have been cheaper to buy a kit. I got the horns free forget what I paid for the tank. Between the compressor, valve (which the guy I got the horns off of was suppose to give me), and the pressure switch I'm looking at close to 260 bucks give or take. Of course I am going with a Viair 480 cause I don't wanna run outta air lol.

Probably **** I'm forgeting I need
