Default Trailer Brake controller wiring

I found a plug under my dash and it dose not hook to anything and i was wounding if it would be for my brake controller. I have read that someone said that the wires for the trailer are in the back in the wire for the tail lights somewere. It also already has the relay in for the trailer wiring under the hood. I am going to try to post a pic of the plug.

its possible my dad put one in in his truck (97 Ram 5.2 Auto 2wd) and it went right at the left side of the drivers side dash on the bottom, and it hooked right in. Not sure what they looked like but if its that area maybe.

that looks like something else. The break controller plug should be on the left side next to the fire wall. It will have 4 heavy gauged wires going into it.
