Default Belt squeeling

Any ideas why my serpintine belt is sqeeling? It all started when I changed the water pump. Thought the belt might be warn because there was 100,000 on it. So new belt and all seemed ok for about 200 miles then it started sqeeling again. I changed the belt tentioning device and still squeeling. The water pump turns free with no binding. It does of course squeel more with more RPMs or under load. tried belt dressing, WOW what a bad idea.

is there any chance that a coolant leak is getting on the belt, making it slip. maybe from a hose, or the heater pipe o-ring, or something.

if a new belt is silent for awhile, and then starts to slip, it sounds like that.

I seen no signs of leakage. I did look again and see nothing.
