Default Upgrade/replace plugs and wires.

What the best upgrade in the plugs and wires department? I'm still running stock on 58,000 miles. Lookin to get some power back. (separate note, I think my plenum gasket might be bad, should I wait to replace the plugs and wires after that gets replace? Anyone wanna replace that for me? HAHAH)

Autolite 3323 plugs are said to have 4-5 dyno proven horsepower over stock champions on our engines... As for wires any decent quality 7 or 8 mm silicon wire set will work the same unless you have an aftermarket high energy ignition system installed.
you should read the speedtweaks and tips sticky...a lot of good info there.

I always use spiral core plug wires, not that graphite impregnated crap.

check it out...unless you are full on, a spark is a spark. really. for 150 dollars you arent going to notice what happens when you "upgrade" your spark to another spark.

i ran the factory plugs in mine for about 80k miles before i actually swapped to performance distibutors ingnition because it was give me.
