now i thought that i saw sum were that 5.2 vs 5.9 and all the diff years have diff pounds?? there was a old old thread the HankL posted.. im just saying

 

yeah, ive seen that thread. the older ones were like 18lbs and newer like 24 or sumthin like that

 

i just looked the # up and its for 96-99, so theyre like 24lbs

 

heres more for $5, they say dyno, i guess it means thats all they were used for?

Until 1996, the 3.9L, 5.2L, and 5.9L used different injector flow rates. After 1996, they switched to the same lb/hr rating, although I know they didn't use the same injectors from 1996-2002. The "common calibration" is 23.2 lb/hr.

1994-1995 5.2L V8 used 18.2 lb/hr
1994-1995 5.9L V8 used 24.5 lb/hr
1996+ everything used 23.2 lb/hr

 

do you know if the connectors were changed from obd1 to 2 on our trucks?
