Getting new rubbers.
I'm looking at getting a lightly used set of bfg KM2 Tires. Anyone how ppl that have used them. These tires are going on my stock wheels and are going to be used for winter and trials. Here the link to them. This is what the add says.
Set of 4 BF Goodrich M/T Mud Terrain KM2 Tires LT 255/85 R16 E load rating for sale. These tires only have 4,000 miles on them. I put them on my truck last November for snowplowing and removed them in March. There is alot of life left in them yet. They are meant for a 16" x 6.5" rim commonly found on GM pickups. These will fit a stock 3/4 ton or 1 ton late model Chevy or GMC pickup by just adding a 3" frontend leveling kit. Tires were marked before I had them removed from the truck so proper rotation will not be a problem. They performed extremely well for everyday driving as well as in the snow. I am getting rid of them because I have decided to no longer snowplow. 500 bucks. Any ideas on what I should offer him?

no personal experience, but thats a good price on a highly rated tire.
have you got a lift or level ? your fit may be close. those tires are 33.1" tall, which should juuuuuuuust fit. or juuuuuuuust almost but not quite fit. one of the two.

3" suspension.
Go for it man! Its hard to go wrong with a BFG in my opinion. I have had 3 sets of them on my truck with nothing but great performance. I have yet to try the new KM2's, but if I had the cash there would be a set on my truck right now instead of these projects tires.
That size will also be very nice for winter use too. In my opinion (for street driving anyway) it is much better with a skinnier tire than a wide one; the snow/slush doesn't push you around so dang much.

Yea than I will have a 33" tire that fits my lift better lol. Your aint bad if I had 17" rims and 4.10 I would be beating down yr door. lol. Winter is half the reason I'm getting them got to keep the news salt free. Hows the wife and kid?

Haha, there doing great, thanks for asking. Trying to get him to bed as I surf the net... but that dang pacifier keeps falling out!
I'm not asking if they will fit or not. I know they will if I can fit 315/75 under mine no issue.
