Anyone installed a cutout with the manual thing you push or pull through a cable? Easy to do?

oh and I mean this item: http://www.carparts.com/EXHAUST-CUTO...=10618-2006307

Of course I think ours is 3 inch.

yeah its worth the electric , so you can just close it inside, that vid dont do justice but gives you a idea i love the sound

you dont want to be always going uder the truck to open or close it , i think airram sells its for 180 http://www.airram.com/product.php?ca...5&productid=75

Try straight pipe with a cherrybomb glasspack. Buddy of mine had that set up on his 350 chevy it sounded pretty damn loud!

loud rumble but not too loud. glass packs are quiet compared to a straight pipe.

I live in a rural area with minimal police officers. On a good day there are 2 and there are a bunch of towns around that like to fight so the cops are always there. I am not too worried about it being too loud. I have been thinking about straight piping it since i bought it but i want it LOUD. Straight pipes are loud but not quite enough for me. But the electric cutout is a necessity then?
