Will a 47re bolt up in my truck? And what is the main difference between the 46re and the 47

is it re? or rh?

I'm pretty sure that the 47re was used for the V10, and that the bolt pattern will be different

no, it won't fit.
47 is heavier duty, for 2500 V10 and maybe Cummins, it might be 48.
