Default Little putters after hunting trip...

ok i went bird hunting this weekend, and i went through some dirt roads, water pits etc. nothing that required the 4x4.

on my way home i noticed that when im in the MPH nge of 50-75, i notice when going up hill its has a little putter, almost like a misfire, but i dont have a loss of power, and its not all the time, just on random hills, then when i it the gas and give her some it goes away.

just wonderin if this could b just plug and wires stuff. or dis. cap getting wet maybe? It started about 400 miles ago and its only done it like 6 times, and when i give it gas it goes away.

fuel filter maybe?

Hopefully not fuel filter. Thats in the gas tank.

When was the last time ya did a tune-up? Maybe its time for it anyway.

ive owner the truck for about 3 months now and i havent done a tune up yet. I though it had a recent one, because it has new MSD8.5mm wires, but i dont think the plugs were changed out, and it the cap really a pain to get to? i havent looked at it yet, and i just had fuel pump replaced, so it must not be the filter if its in the tank
