I have a 2001 with 5.9 and I took the resenator and muffler off. I noticed quicker throttle response. I think it sounds pretty good, you can really make it talk under a load but can also keep it down to a mild roar.
today i just removed my Flowmaster and running straight from the CAT and boy do i like it better this way! At first it was ****s and giggles but now im really liking the improvment of sound and performance
