Question Replacing radiator

Hey y'all,
My front end was redecorated by a blacktail doe a couple weeks ago. Aside from the fun stuff (custom welded bumper/guard and projector lights) I have to replace the radiator & condensor. I've heard these trucks are known for leaking radiators due to the plastic tanks, so I've been looking for an all-metal replacement. Alumorad has an aluminum one for $249 + $25 shipping. Does anyone have any experience with these guys? (They're out of somewhere in Ohio). Is there anyone else out there I should look at?

Thanks,

Well, sounds like no one here's use one of theirs before. I spent some time searching the web and couldn't find anything negative about them so I ordered a new all-aluminum radiator and a condensor today. Should have the parts in a week or so. The guy I talked to says it's a drop-in replacement. If you're looking for one, they don't have the pickup radiators on their webpage, you have to call.

Regards,

i hear they have a tendency to clog up...(2 references that tried their radiators. One with a Chevy 350, the other with his S10, both had cooling problems within a year)

I wholesale distribute radiators and I have yet to hear of them, ive heard of most places but not them. they may be a smaller operation. let me know if i can help. I have radiators, condensors, fan assemblies out the ears and wholesale accounts to get most anything else! $25 is kinda hefty for shipping, I never really pay more than $7-15 when I have to ship one out unless it goes frieght (Semi truck Rads)
