Default headlight alignment

wasup guys, i got a 96 ram, i recently put HIDs on it, n i think im blinding oncoming traffic, im wondering where is the screw to lower the light down. i want to fix it before police pulls me over. lol

should be below the light in the crack between the bumper and the light.

You are supposed to put HIDs in projector housings, not stock REFLECTOR housings.

Some states have laws regarding it.

HIDs can go into any reflector or projector housings. I recall a good *cough* convo between myself and another, now banned, member of the forum over this. Honda has used HIDs in reflector housings in some of their cars for a while now, as well as Toyota, IIRC.

Projectors are better for them, however.

why do you care about oncoming traffic? if they flash you then just hit your high beams and make them regret it. there's nothing like daylight coming off the front end of a dodge.

agree with ya Sheriff, also flip your fog lights on at the same time so you can see their eyes too lol.

and get some off road lights so you can add a little more squinting on their part to the mix.

and how do you know if its blinding them? are they honking at you?
