Dropping Rear 2 Inches
What's the best way to do it? I've got Belltech 2 inch shackles on the list. I've also heard stuffing blocks under the leaf springs raises the springs up thus dropping the frame? It seems like the shackles are the way to go. Anyone else care to input?
With the stance of the truck, its about 34 inches up front and 37 in the rear so a two inch drop should level it up quite nicely. Still leaves one inch for when I need to stuff the bed with something or fill the tank. Ironically, I think one 1/4 of a tank is equal to 1/4 inch of lean when I measured the rear at the fenders. The front is perfectly level however. Amazing.

no, blocks only work on trucks like s10s ........i would go with the shackles, if you want a little more, take out your overload spring or for a free drop, you can flip your front spring hanger for about 2"
dakotas ram is right the blocks only drop small trucks. if you put them onn our trucks it will lift it. and the shackles are your best option. if you take out the overload you will get wheel hop and a crappy ride.
