Blend door actuator location

Blend door actuator location

I have a 99 Ram and when I change the heater/cooling temperature ****, I can here the Actuator motor running but and it keeps spinning. Anyone know where it's located under the dash? Trying to find out if I have to remove the dash and if so do I need to remove the heater box to also?
