Your truck in the cold
Yeah tell me about it LOL. I tell my gf all the time my upkeep is cheaper than her car note but I'm not sure it's something else every month. My rear driveshaft just fell out two weeks ago the rear joint broke and it was brand new.
do you have a plain rubber gasket on the pan? i've seen a few people have trouble getting them to seal well.
i've always had the mopar plastic pan gasket that has rubber on either side. when the tranny place rebuilt mine they used a rubber gasket and it leaks. i'm going to fix that when i put my transfer case back on though, i have a new mopar gasket in the other room.

i had the same problem, but when i changed the plenum, it doesnt do it anymore. and before i couldnt get the O/D on until it was fully warmed up. now right when i start it (Massachusetts, so its cold) hit the O/D and it goes on everytime, and engages perfectly at all times. i dont know how that could have fixed it, but something you could look into
