Weird belt problem

What is the condition of the belt? How old is it?

replaced the belt when i did water pump 2 months ago...belt looks brand new, no cracks or anything

Does the belt and all the pulleys have the same amount of ribs? There are 6 and 7 rib belts and pulleys.

Well I don't know what to tell you, something has to be bent or not installed right. If it didn't do it before the plenum fix, then one can only come to the obvious conclusion.

sorry....double post.

but ill use it...if you look down on the pulleys all lines up right? what if you look at them from the left and or right...do any tilt?

alternator and ac pump...are they installed correctly? like are they level? if one is tilted forward or backward that would cause that. that is what i mean by plumb.

Right, there has to be a spacer or bracket not on right.

sounds to me like 95Ram360 has been introduced to murphy's law

ignition wire
blinkers
doors
axle seal
trans mount
balancer
brake lines
valve covers
plenum
front end
shackle
serp belt

dude...how much did you pay for this truck...?
