Default CEL code p0138 ????

Soo i was driving back from training today, and it seems like one of my header to Y-pipe gaskets blew. Sounds liek im running straight pipes (sounds amazing btw should have taken a video). But now i have this CEL, i pulled the reader and all it gives me is no info ava. Is this a blank code? I cleared it to see if it will come back , so ill be finding that out tom. Any ideas??

is it running rough? if not keep running it. my CEL came on on the highway last night. stayed on the whole 2 hours. went to get it scanned, and when i actually got there, shut off the truck, then when i went to start it, the CEL was gone, so they couldnt read anything. it was weird. but it hasnt come on again. but if its running good, aside from the gasket problem, then leave it IMO

disconnect the negative termial. then pull the headlight switch, and have it out for about 10 seconds. push it back in, and re-connect the terminal. I was told thats how you can reset them

It's no big deal, that sensor just tells the pcm if the cat is working or not. And since you have an exhaust leak, I'm sure it's just throwing it off.
