i took the vacume shift motor out and shifted from 2 to 4 wheel dr and it moves back and forth. i put a vacume gadge on the two hoses by the transfer case. it read a little less than 20. one hose had vacume in 2wl dr and the other in 4whl dr

if i remember correctly, there are 3 lines to the cad (vent, 4wd eengauge, 4wd dissengauge) and the one to the driver side should be vent, the middle should be vacuum in 4wd, and the one on the passenger side should be vacuum in 2wd.
