got a strange clunk in 2001 4x4 when I takeoff guick I can fell it in the steering wheel. also when i stop guick too. Does anyone know what it might be ?[:@]

 

I have the same thing. I was just told by a buddy who owns a local 4x4 shop to check the track bar. They are proned to fail prematurely acrding to his experience. I checked mine tonight, definately where the noise is coming from!!! Just grab ahold of it and tug back and forth a bit to check for slop.

can you fell it in the steerig wheel too?
