There are some basicly unused, factory, clean sets on eBay reasonable.

I just need the jack for changing flat tires, not planning on off-roading this truck.

Good to know that the factory jack lifts on the axles, not the frame. That means the 4" lift doesn't matter (I've got stock tires.)

I'll pick up a stock jack off eBay and move on to my next problem...
