Default I just ordered 40inch tires any suggestions

so i just made my first purchase for my tires. I am going to order one or two at a time so im not paying one big amount at once.

Shipping is the same no matter what . $24.00 for one $48.00 for 2 $72.00 for 3 and so on

So I got the tires and am getting axles and rims. before putting tires on. gears will be done with lockers.

Suspension is lifted 5 inches in front and 6 in back and will be 7 front 7.5 rear soon. also 3 inch body lift so total of 10 and 10.5

Motor has power upgrades and tranny has been rebuilt to handle bigger tires, got indexing ring and drop pitman arm.

probably going to do steering upgrade soon but im not that good at steering so i need to do some research before ordering anything

Any other upgrades you guys would do to run 40s

Just a question is there any reason why your going with more lift in the rear than the front

muscle truck look?, weren't stock ones higher in the back hence the need for leveling kits, right? anyway, lets see axles, gears, tranny, steering on the way. brakes maybe bigger tires should have bigger brakes unless its just for off road, I knew a guy in high school who drove his chevy with 38's to school almost every friday til he got rid of it. (in Polk county FL if it fits the lines of the road you can drive it on the road) not sure what the laws are there or even where I am now.

I like the look of the back being higher. after i got the 5 inch lift installed i put a a add a leaf in it for the look only. just dont like it level.

Bigger breaks are on my list, ive been driving with one working caliper for awhile now so that i dont spend the money twice.

I'd go 5.38 for 40 inch tires. Maybe 5.71 if you plan on possibly getting bigger tires in the future like 42s or 44s.
